Can I do as terminated For Something I Didn't with sufficient evidence? I worked for a hotel as front desk / night auditor. We are in a very small town in NC. The hotel is Microtel Inn & Suites and we have about 5 housekeepers, front desk and 5 employees. I worked for the company to leave in 2006 because I married and my husband was stationed elsewhere. I received a letter from the recommendation of the Director General at the time. We have just moved in August, and I started there again. The hotel isn't the best, but not as bad as others in the region. Reported in the past week, the front desk staff was that someone in a room (Rm 130) (came from the order and was not verified in all) had sex, and left beer bottles and condoms in the room. Also, that the person to smoke in another room (Rm 216), and it was smoking. Now the room that was smoking, I checked the guy, he came and complained about the proximity to the ice machine, so I lured him on. I documented all this in front of the LOG. The next day my husband is waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes until I get off @ 11pm, because I get off late and I had the impression that someone may have entered and used the room and I was a little worried about my safety and it didn't help slideshows too, that a gas station was robbed around the corner and a family of another employee recently held. As I mentioned my relief that the area was used indicated that he was immediately panicked and said that he gave the apartment to someone because they said they needed the bed for a moment and that he wanted to kill them. My husband also seen him say. I was in front of the next two days and I assumed the administration would end its investigation and found that he did it, so I didn't say anything. Now I get a call to come to a meeting 3 days later. I sit through the meeting and called the office. They show a tape of someone giving me a hug and a few leaves. This person is a regular who visited the hotel with numerous women. I know him to work from there, before he hasn't seen me since I returned and gave me a hug. I've never spoken with him outside of work, and I've never been with him outside of work. But you get used quite a few regulars and one can not help but get to know them. I also befriended 2 older ladies who are up for their hotel's daughter or granddaughter. So it's not uncommon for regulars become friends and I thought it was good customer service. Now, after the hug to tape the conversation with the man for a few minutes and he leaves the lobby. He does not have the elevator in the lobby, but goes to the side exit door, the stairs. The stairs are in my view not in the lobby. He goes upstairs and goes into the room, smoked Now I get off at 11pm, was in.. They have the same guy comes back to the reception and in conversation with the investigator night. The same investigator said he's place on the tape. He is speaking on the tape around 145am with him, and he then goes into another room (Rm 130). This area was devastated. Now, having this on tape, they are saying that I gave him the keys to both rooms. There is NOTHING on the tape of the exchange of keys to me because I do not I just hugged him and said that's when I gave him the keys and I have none of him a hug, that men do, which is currently in a hotel . work They say that the tester didn't do it because they do not see him on camera to give the guy an important, but remember, there's nothing on the camera to give me a key and I was not even arrived in the hotel at the time he returned to the front and enterered second room. In this hotel, we got a lot of calls from the booty, and people to check into a room, what they have done and they space on until someone else because it is paid. Well, before she came to me all over my desk supervisor came to me and said that the guy who was in a room thinking (Rm 216) and moved to another attempt was made to all of the hotel because he when he checked out, complaining about something else. So he probably thought smoked in the room and wanted a different room, bedroom and pulled complained freely about the things in his room. If you're thinking, this guy has everything, why wouldnt he sold or gave the keys to the first room he was to someone else? You see on the tape that was the man in the room, came down the stairs and got a new room, she saw I was not lying. But now they are all about me and the guy who has really put it, is still busy. Complication is added, they will be entered in events before and said its the same guy that I hug and it sounds as if he and I were in the store to rob the hotel. I've got a veteran of the United States Air Force, I have a Top Secret clearance and I ask the school for a career in homeland security that I would keep my top secret space. This has not only hurt my family just before Christmas, but this will hurt my background investigation. I'm eager to see if I have a complaint and how I would therefore go
